Transfer of personal data

Product Descriptions

We endeavour to be as accurate as possible in relation to product descriptions and the Contents. There may be color difference on the products on site against actual products depending on the type of computer monitor you use and its settings. Some material like genuine leather will vary in pattern as it’s the natural characteristic of leather itself and it should not be claimed as factory defect.

We are not responsible for the content of any other website from which you have accessed the website or to which you may hyperlink from the website and cannot be held liable for any loss or damage you incur as a result thereof.

Returns or Exchanges

We will provide product replacements or exchanges warranty only when the product is proved to be with factory defect by our factory. Such claim should be applied via email within 3 days upon the item is received with the supporting of order number and email contacts. The defected items should deliver to us at your own cost. We will absorb the shipping cost of resending upon our investigations of the defected items.

For customization function we provide, the products provided cannot be claimed as returns or exchanges once payment transaction is completed. It is the responsibility of the users to check the information if it is correct before placing the order.

We reserve all rights about the revision of the above terms.
